演講內容簡介

在這個演講中將介紹目前全世界和台灣半導體產業的發展狀況。同時也將討論半導體產業未來的發展即將會面臨的挑戰，尤其在人才方面的短缺和培養女性工程師的重要性。

In this talk, the status of world-wide and Taiwan semiconductor industry will be presented. I will also discuss the challenges that semiconductor industry would face in the near future. The shortage of engineering talent and the role of female engineers will be highlighted.
